Projects that are currently under development include the Flo Residence at Punggol, Le Quest at Punggol West, and Parc Centros at Punggol Central. The latter is a mixed-use project that is being developed by Qingjian Realty, a Hong Kong-based company. ZACD is the majority stakeholder in The Landmark, which will be the company’s first residential project.

Given ZACD’s track record of delivering high-quality projects, homebuyers can expect a well-designed and delivered home. One of China’s first 16 state-owned enterprises in the construction industry, MCC Group is a leading developer of real estate projects in Southeast Asia. Its regional arm, MCC Land, has been developing various mixed-use and private condominium projects in Singapore.

Through its expansion, SSLE has been able to establish a strong track record in the property development industry in Singapore. It was named as one of the top 10 real estate firms in the country by the BCI Asia Top 10 Developers Awards.

Accessibility of The Landmark Condo

The Landmark is a prime location in District 3, which is near the river and the park. It is 2 minutes walk to the Pearl’s Hill City Park, and 10 minutes to the Chinatown Heritage Trail. The Landmark is a luxury residential development that’s located on the former Landmark Tower. This property was purchased by a joint venture between two of Singapore’s leading real estate firms in 2018. It features a 360 degree view of the city and will be a signature building upon its completion.

The grand entrance of the building is flanked by an infinity pool on level two, which overlooks the surrounding greenery and Pearl’s Hill City Park. There are various facilities situated between levels one and two, including the roof, the pools, and the Sky Gym. The lounge and Sky Gym are located on the levels 14, 34 and 14 respectively.

There are only about 300 parking spaces available in the basement of the Landmark. Two of these are Open-To-Sky lots, and four are handicap parking spaces. Compared to the 396 units that are available, the parking spaces in the basement are significantly fewer. The building is located next to Pearl’s Hill City Park.

The Landmark is a condominium located in a city fringe location, which is typically not the case with most projects. The green spaces in the building are apparent throughout the property, such as the terraces and the relaxation patio.
