The Sceneca Residence will provide connectivity and accessibility by having direct access to the Tanah Merah Mass Rapid Transit Station. This station is one stop away from the Expo and Downtown Line stations. It’s also two stops from the Changi Airport Station.

The station will have new platforms and elevated areas as it undergoes a S$325 million project. Two tracks will be used between Tanah Merah Airport and the Expo station, which will help reduce the wait times to travel to the airport. In the future, the station will also be linked to the East Coast Line’s TEL, which will allow people to access the Northern and Central Business Districts.

Residences at Tanah Merah are also close to the upcoming Sungei Bedok and Pasir Ris MRT stations. These stations are interchange stations for the Cross-Island line.

The location of Sceneca Residence near Tanah Merah Station is very convenient for its future residents. This station is located on the East-West Line and serves as the branch line of the Tanah Merah Airport branch. It also allows residents easy access to various areas such as Tampines, Paya Lebar, and the Singapore Business Park. Another great feature of this area is that it’s only a stop away from the Expo Line.

In 2024, the Expo station will be connected to the East Coast Line. This will improve the access to Singapore’s northern and city center areas. Residents of the Sceneca Residence can also access various parts of Singapore due to the numerous roads and major highways.
