Established in 1969, Low Keng Huat (LKHS) is a builder that has been involved in various property development and hospitality businesses. It currently operates a hotel in Perth, Australia, under the Duxton Hotel brand. Its other hospitality-related business is the establishment of a food and beverage business known as Carnivore in Singapore. LKHS’ investment portfolio includes properties in Malaysia, China, and Singapore.

LKH was able to acquire 3 additional land plots for a total of $100 million, which included a bungalow at 67Cairhill Road, which was renovated and served as the clubhouse for the residents of the project. The company is known for its extensive experience in the developer’s market, having developed projects such as the Uptown@Farrer, South Bank, and Twin Regency.

In February 2018, LKH purchased the former home of the former Cairnhill Manors for around $362 million. Their initial plan was to transform it into The Ritz-Carlton Residences 2, which would link the two properties. Unfortunately, this plan didn’t work due to various legal and technical issues.
